Through delivering Coaching, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy in Eastbourne and East Sussex, I have 19 years experience in helping people to better achieve their potential and gain release from their problems.I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. Trained by the National College of Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy which is described by the UK Council for Psychotherapy as "one of the longest established and most respected hypnotherapy/hypno-psychotherapy training institutes in the world." Additionally, I gained the Diploma in Management Studies in 2000, specifically concerned with developing people in their professional environment. This breadth of training and experience allows me to help people with a variety of issues.
